[0002] Capping device intended to be fixed on a neck of a container [0004] Technical field [0006] The invention relates to a device for capping a container and to an assembly comprising a container equipped with such a capping device. [0008] The invention relates more particularly to a capping device that makes it possible to keep a stopper attached to the neck of a container, which avoids losing the stopper in nature. [0010] Background of the technique [0012] In the state of the art, capping devices are known that make it possible to keep a stopper attached to a neck of the container. A capping device of this type is described, for example, in document US2018086510 in the name of the Applicant. [0014] The capping device comprises a ring that is intended to be retained in the neck of the container, a cap that is intended to cover the orifice of the container to seal it, two elastic sheets that join the cap with the lower ring and a locking device installed to lock the cap in a tilted open position. [0016] Such a capping device is not fully satisfactory. In particular, this cap is intended to snap into the neck of the container and cannot be adapted to other types of neck. Furthermore, the movement of the cap between the closed position and the tilted open position is a simple pivot movement, which limits the height of the cap and / or neck that can be used. This limits the applications of such a capping device. In particular, it is not suitable for containers intended to receive carbonated beverages because the pressure inside such containers would lead to unwanted openings of the cap. [0018] Otherwise, the locking device is not adapted for all types of caps and does not ensure sufficient reliability to maintain the tilted open position in screw caps, for example. [0019] Description of the invention [0021] One idea on which the invention is based is to propose a capping device that allows keeping a stopper attached to the neck of the container that is easy to manufacture and use and that makes it possible to keep the stopper in a tilted open position in a reliable and robust manner. [0023] According to one embodiment, the invention provides a capping device, intended to be fixed to a neck of a container in order to seal an orifice in said neck, said neck comprising a hooking collar, the capping device comprising: [0024] - a plug comprising a top wall and an outer peripheral skirt, the plug being suitable to be arranged in a closed position in which the top wall seals the hole in the neck and the peripheral skirt surrounds said neck; [0025] - a ring located under the cap in the closed position and comprising a first sector intended to be axially retained in the collar for hooking the neck and a second sector, the first sector and the second sector of the ring being articulated to each other in such a way that the second sector pivots with respect to the first sector from a lowered position to a raised position to allow the cap to move axially away from the neck from the closed position to a released position in which said cap is no longer imprisoned in the neck of the container; Y [0026] - an articulation device that connects the cap to the second sector of the ring, the articulation device being configured to allow the cap to pivot along an axis of rotation between said released position and an open tilted position in which the cap is disconnected from the hole By the neck; [0027] wherein the plug comprises a male fixation element formed in the outer peripheral skirt and protrudes radially outward of the plug, and the second sector of the ring comprises a female fixation element, the male fixation element of the plug and the female clamping element of the ring configured to cooperate with each other to hold the plug relative to the ring in the tilted open position, [0028] wherein the male fixation element comprises a lug which protrudes axially upward when the cap is in the tilted open position, and the female fixation element comprises a housing enabled in the ring and a bead made on an outer surface of the ring, partially covering the housing and protruding axially downward, the lug being configured to be inserted and retained in the housing after elastic deformation of the male fastening element as the bead passes, the bead thus forming a stop for the lug at the tilted open position, and [0029] wherein the housing is bounded downwardly by a lower surface against which the lug is configured to abut during movement of the cap towards the tilted open position in order to exert a downwardly directed force on the ring that allows re-bearing the second sector of the ring to the lowered position. [0031] Thanks to these characteristics, the plugging device makes it possible to propose a plug that can remain attached to the neck with the help of the ring and the articulation device. The articulation of the ring makes it possible, for its part, to adapt the capping device to long necks, for example, for the use of a cap to be screwed on. Otherwise, the male fixation element and the female fixation element allow to provide a robust locking device that adapts to any type of cap, for example, that is to be screwed in or press fit. [0033] Furthermore, the arrangement of the temple in the housing and its orientation relative to the heel allow the tilted open position to be robustly maintained. [0035] Lastly, since the second sector of the ring is not very susceptible to deformation, the relative position of the female fixing element with respect to the articulation device is constant, which makes it possible to ensure a precise positioning of the male fixing element with respect to the female fixing element. during pivoting of the cap towards its tilted open position. [0037] According to some embodiments, a capping device of this type may comprise one or more of the following characteristics. [0039] According to one embodiment, the housing comprises a beveled lower part that forms said lower surface. [0041] According to one embodiment, the lug and the heel extend parallel to the axis of rotation. [0043] The temple and the heel thus form a snap-fit connection made in the same direction as the axis of rotation, thus, it is referred to as a horizontal snap-fit. Unlike a vertical snap fit, for example, such a snap fit allows for a better grip in the tilted open position due to its orientation relative to the kinematics of the cap. For the rest, because the fitted to pressure is extended in this direction, the grip is further improved. [0045] By "extending in one direction" is meant that the largest dimension of the element is formed in this direction. [0047] According to one embodiment, the male fastening element comprises a main portion connecting the lug to the outer peripheral skirt of the cap, the lug and the main portion being inclined relative to each other to form a hook. [0049] In this way, the hook shape of the male fastener allows better retention in the housing of the female fastener when the cap is in the tilted open position. [0051] According to one embodiment, the plugging device is made by molding with the help of two half-shells that are joined at the level of a radial joint plane, the male fixing element of the plug and the female fixing element of the ring being made each one on both sides of said joint plane. [0053] In this way, the design of the capping device allows unmolding with a mold with two half-shells without any remains. [0055] According to one embodiment, the joint plane is oriented to pass through a central axis X of the capping device and through the center of the articulation device. [0057] According to one embodiment, the male fastening element of the cap is formed in line and centered above the articulation device. [0059] According to one embodiment, the female fixing element of the ring is formed in line and centered below the articulation device. [0061] According to one embodiment, the articulation device comprises a deformable sheet connecting the outer peripheral skirt and the second sector of the ring. [0063] In this way, the deformable sheet has the function of a hinge by elastic deformation of the same during the displacement of the cap from the released position to the tilted open position. [0064] According to one embodiment, the deformable sheet comprises a predetermined pivot zone configured so that the axis of rotation of the capping device is located in this predetermined pivot zone. [0066] According to one embodiment, the predetermined pivot area is made with the aid of a zigzag portion of the deformable sheet. [0068] According to one embodiment, the first sector and the second sector are separated from each other by two thin areas in which the ring locally has a radial thickness decrease to allow the second sector to articulate with respect to the first sector. [0070] According to one embodiment, the ring is intended to be mounted movably in rotation on the neck around a central axis X of the capping device and the outer peripheral skirt of the cap has a helical thread intended to cooperate with a helical thread enabled on the neck. of the container to allow a screwing or unscrewing of the cap in the neck around the central axis X. [0072] According to one embodiment, the ring comprises a notch configured to locally deflect the ring from the engagement collar, the notch being diametrically opposite to the articulation device, and the cap comprises a closure element that projects axially from the outer peripheral skirt and that it is diametrically opposite to the articulation device, the closure element being intended to cooperate with the hooking collar enabled on the neck to position the closure element in the notch and to keep the cap in the closed position. [0074] According to one embodiment, the lower ring is connected to the outer peripheral skirt by frangible bridges. [0076] According to one embodiment, the second sector extends over the entire height of the ring. [0078] According to one embodiment, the second sector extends over an angular range comprised between 120 and 200 °, and preferably comprised between 160 and 190 °. [0080] According to one embodiment, the articulation device is connected to the second sector in a central zone of the second sector. [0081] According to one embodiment, the capping device is made by molding in a single piece. [0083] According to an embodiment, the invention also provides an assembly comprising a container equipped with a neck comprising a hooking collar and an orifice, and equipped with a plugging device mentioned above, the first sector of the ring of the sealing device being plug retained axially in the neck engagement collar. [0085] According to one embodiment, the first sector comprises one or more retaining elements that project radially towards the interior of the ring, are arranged below the engagement collar and are configured to axially retain the ring on the neck of the container. [0087] According to one embodiment, the housing is bounded downwards by a lower surface against which the lug is intended to bear during the movement of the cap towards the tilted open position, which makes it possible to exert a downwardly directed force on the ring and which allows the second sector of the ring to be brought back to the lowered position in which it is aligned with the first sector. [0089] Brief description of the figures [0091] The invention will be better understood and other objectives, details, characteristics and advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the course of the following description of various particular embodiments of the invention, given solely by way of illustration and not limitation, with reference to attached drawings. [0093] Figure 1 represents a perspective view of a capping device according to an embodiment in a closed position. [0095] Figure 2 is a side view of the capping device of Figure 1 showing the stopper is in a released position in which it is no longer caught in the neck of the container and is thus capable of being tilted towards a tilted position open. [0097] Figure 3 is a side view of the capping device of Figure 1 in which the cap is in the tilted open position. [0098] Figure 4 is a sectional view according to line IV-IV of Figure 3 showing the capping device with a cap in the tilted open position. [0100] Figure 5 is a view of the detail V of figure 4 that specifically represents the male fixing element of the cap placed on the female fixing element of the ring. [0102] Figure 6 is an inclined perspective view of a capping device according to another embodiment, to distinguish a part of the internal wall of the capping device. [0104] Figure 7 is an inclined perspective view of the capping device of Figure 6 from an opposite point of view. [0106] Description of the modes of implementation [0108] In the description and the figures, the X axis corresponds to a central axis of the plugging device intended to be positioned orthogonally to the plane of the hole to be sealed when the plugging device is in the closing position and seals said hole. The axis X thus corresponds to the axis of rotation of the cap of the capping device when it is screwed onto the neck of the container. By convention, the "radial" orientation is directed orthogonal to the X axis. The terms "outer" and "inner" are used to define the relative position of one element with respect to another, by reference to the X axis, an element close to the X axis. X is thus qualified as internal as opposed to an external element located radially at the periphery. The terms "upper" and "lower" are used to define the relative position of one element with respect to another by reference to a position in which the hole in the neck is directed upwards and the plug is in the closing position on the neck. of the container, an element destined to be placed lower being designated by lower and an element destined to be placed higher by upper being designated. [0110] With reference to Figures 1 to 5, a capping device 1 according to one embodiment is described. The capping device 1 is intended to be assembled on the neck 2 or neck of a container, as shown in Figures 1 to 4. The container is, for example, a bottle. [0112] The plugging device 1 comprises a so-called tamper-evident ring 3 that is intended to be retained on the neck 2 of the container, a plug 4 that is intended to cover the hole 5 of the container to seal it, and a hinge device 6 that joins the plug 4 with the lower ring 3. Furthermore, the plugging device 1 also comprises a locking device composed of a male fixing element 7a formed in the plug 4 and a female fixing element 7b formed in the ring 3, the locking device 7a, 7b arranged to lock the cap 4 in an open tilted position, shown in Figures 3 and 4, in which the cap 4 is disengaged from the hole 5 of the container and does not hinder the pouring of the contents of the container. [0114] The plugging device 1 is made by molding with the help of two half-shells that are joined at the level of a joint plane, as well as a mold that is placed above the half-shells. The half-shells make it possible to mold, in particular, the peripheral skirt 9 and the ring 3, while the mold allows the upper wall 8 of the capping device 1 to be molded. The joint plane is oriented to pass through the X axis of the capping device 1 and through the center of the articulation device 6. [0116] The ring 3 is held axially in the neck 2 of the container by means of a hooking collar 18, in particular, represented in Figures 1 to 3. The hooking collar 18 has a frusto-conical external surface that tapers upwards, that is to say , in the direction of the hole 5 of the container. The hooking collar 18 delimits, downwards, that is, in a direction opposite to the hole 5, a projection [0118] The cap 4 comprises an upper wall 8 intended to be arranged substantially orthogonal to the axis X, opposite the hole 5 of the neck 2 when said cap 4 is in the closed position. The cap 4 further comprises an outer peripheral skirt 9 intended to surround the neck 2 of the container when the cap 4 is in the closed position. The outer peripheral skirt 9 extends, downward, perpendicular to the upper wall 8, from the outer periphery of said upper wall 8. [0120] In the illustrated embodiment and as represented in Figures 6 and 7, the outer peripheral skirt 9 has, on its internal face, a thread 10 formed by a series of helical ribs and intended to cooperate with a complementary thread 11, visible , specifically, in Figures 2 and 3, formed by a series of helical ribs, and enabled on the external surface of neck 2. In this way, cap 4 is suitable to be screwed onto neck 2 in order to close the container and to be unscrewed from the neck 2 in order to open the container. The cap 4 is thus movable between the closed position, represented in figure 1, and a released position, represented in figure 2. In said released position, the cap 4 is no longer caught in the neck 2 of the container. Thus it is suitable for be tilted towards the open tilted position, shown in Figures 3 and 4, in which the cap 4 is released from the hole 5 of the neck 2 so as not to hinder the pouring of the contents of the container. [0122] According to another embodiment, not shown, the cap 4 is not screwed onto the neck 2, but rather is snapped onto it. The ring 3 comprises a notch configured to locally deflect the ring 3 from the hooking collar 18. The notch is diametrically opposite to the articulation device 6. The cap 4 comprises a closure element that protrudes axially from the outer peripheral skirt 9 and that likewise it is diametrically opposite to the hinge device to be in line with the notch in the closed position. The closure element comprises a projection directed towards the inside of the cap 4 at one end of the closure element and which is intended to cooperate with the hooking collar 18 enabled on the neck 2 to position the closure element in the notch and to maintain the cap 4 in the closed position. Indeed, in the passage of the hooking collar 18, the projection generates the elastic deformation of the closure element to return to its initial state after having passed the hooking collar 18 and thus maintain the cap 4 with respect to the neck 2 in the closed position in the form of a snap-fit connection. [0124] As shown, for example, in Figures 1 and 2, the outer peripheral skirt 9 has, on its outer face, a series of grooves distributed around the X axis and extending parallel to said X axis. The grooves enable this mode a rough surface that facilitates the grip of the cap 4 by the user or by the assembly device of the bottling chain. [0126] The plug 4 also comprises an internal skirt 12, represented in particular in Figure 4, which extends perpendicularly downward from the upper wall 8 of the plug 4 and is dimensioned to be inserted inside the hole 5 of the neck 2. The plug 4 also comprises an annular lip 13, also visible in figure 4, which extends, from the upper wall 8, radially between the inner skirt 12 and the outer peripheral skirt 9. The inner skirt 12 and the annular lip 13 are dimensioned in such a way that, when the cap 4 is in the closed position, on the neck 2 of the container, the inner skirt 12 is in contact against the inner face of the neck 2, while the annular lip 13 is in contact against the outer face neck 2. In this way, the inner skirt 12 and the annular lip 13 make it possible to ensure the sealing of the closure. [0128] In the illustrated embodiment, the ring 3 is connected, before the first opening of the container, to the cap 4 by means of frangible bridges 14, visible in figure 1, intended to break during the first opening of the cap 4. These frangible bridges 14 thus constitute inviolability tokens, hence the term ring 3 of inviolability. More particularly, the frangible bridges 14 are distributed around the X axis and connect the upper edge of the ring 3 and the lower edge of the outer peripheral skirt 9. [0130] According to another embodiment, not shown, the ring 3 and the cap 4 are connected to each other by means of a tear-off strip which is interposed axially between the cap 4 and the ring 3 and which is connected, on the one hand, to the lower ring. 3 by frangible bridges and, on the other hand, connected to plug 4 by other frangible bridges. [0132] The ring 3 is held axially in the neck 2 of the container while being able to rotate with respect to this around the axis X. The ring 3 comprises two parts that are articulated to each other, namely a first sector 15 and a second sector 16 at the level of which the ring 3 is connected to the cap 4 by means of the articulation device 6. The ring 3 comprises two thin zones 17, that is, the radial thickness of which is less than the radial thickness of the ring 3 outside of said thin zones 17 The two thin zones 17 delimit the first sector 15 and the second sector 16. The thin zones 17 thus form pivots that allow the second sector 16 to articulate with respect to the first sector 15. [0134] The plug 4 can thus move from the closed position illustrated in Figure 1 to the released position illustrated in Figure 2 by moving axially away from the first sector 15, which generates the inclination of the second sector 16 in an increasingly inclined position with relative to the first sector 15 as the cap 4 is opened to reach an inclined position of the second sector 16 with the cap 4 in the released position. Otherwise, when the cap 4 passes from the released position to the tilted open position illustrated in figure 3, the second sector 16 returns to its original position aligned with the first sector 15. [0136] The first sector 15 of the ring 3 comprises retaining elements 19 that cooperate with the hooking collar 18 enabled on the container in order to axially retain the ring 3 on the neck 2 of the container. The retaining elements 19 are protrusions, visible in figure 6, which protrude radially inwards from the first sector 15 of the ring 3. [0138] The second sector 16 of the ring 3 comprises a clamping element 20 that cooperates with the hooking collar 18 enabled on the container in order to axially maintain the ring 3 on the neck 2 of the container in the closing position of the cap. As visible in the figure 7, the clamping element 20 is a protrusion that protrudes radially inward from the second sector 16 of the ring 3, below the articulation device 6. However, unlike the retaining elements 19, the clamping element 20 is designed so that, from the moment the plug is moved from the closed position to the released position, the clamping element 20 is dislodged from under the hooking collar 18 in order to allow the second sector 16 to pivot. with respect to the first sector 15. [0140] The articulation device 6 is configured to allow the cap 4 to pivot between the released position, represented in Figure 2, and the tilted open position, represented in Figures 3 and 4. In the embodiment shown, the articulation device 6 comprises a single deformable sheet 21 that connects the cap 4, and more particularly the outer peripheral skirt 9 of the cap 4 to the second sector 16 of the ring 3. The deformable sheet 21 acts as a hinge by elastic deformation of the latter during the pivoting of the cap 4 and is positioned in the center of the second sector 16. Advantageously, the deformable sheet 21 is attached to the outer peripheral skirt 9 in a recessed portion, so that the deformable sheet extends above the lower limit of the outer peripheral skirt 9. [0142] Furthermore, the deformable sheet 21 comprises a predetermined pivot zone 22 configured so that the axis of rotation of the capping device is located in this predetermined pivot zone 22. In the embodiment illustrated, in particular, in FIG. 1 , the predetermined pivot area 22 is made with the help of a zigzag portion 23 of the deformable sheet 21 which ensures that the axis of rotation is located in this area. [0144] In another embodiment represented in Figures 6 and 7, specifically, the deformable sheet 21 that forms the articulation device 6 is formed differently from the embodiment in Figure 1. Indeed, in this embodiment, the deformable sheet 21 has been reduced in height and increased in width to make sheet 21 stronger and more rigid than in the previous embodiment. Furthermore, the deformable sheet also includes a predetermined pivot area 22, which is produced herein with the aid of lateral edges of the deformable sheet that have a flared portion 24. Indeed, the pivot area 22 is located in the same way. this mode carried out at the level of the section of the deformable sheet 21 which is located at the beginning of the flared portion 24. [0146] Furthermore, the narrowing in height of the deformable sheet 21 allows, as is visible in Figure 7, keep two levels of threads 10 that allow the cap 4 to be better anchored to the neck during uncapping, for example. Finally, in this embodiment, the dimension in the radial direction of the male fixing element 7a has been increased to increase the grip of the cap 4 in the tilted open position. [0148] In another embodiment, not shown, the deformable foil 21 may comprise a lower thickness in the pivot area 22 in the radial direction compared to outside the pivot area 22. [0150] As described above, the locking device is composed of a male fastening element 7a formed on the cap 4 and a female fastening element 7b formed on the ring 3. The male fastening element 7a of the cap 4 and the element Female fixing 7b of ring 3 cooperate with each other to hold plug 4 with respect to ring 3 in the tilted open position illustrated in Figures 3 and 4. [0152] As this can be seen more precisely in figure 5, the male fastening element 7a comprises a main portion 71 protruding radially from the outer peripheral skirt 9, a first end of the main portion 71 being connected to the outer peripheral skirt 9, and it also comprises a lug 72 connected to the main portion 71 at a second end of the main portion 71 opposite the first end. The lug 72 and the main portion 71 are inclined relative to each other in a radial plane passing through the male fastener 7a so that the male fastener 7a is in the form of a hook. The male fixing element 7a is thus formed in line and centered above the articulation device 6. Otherwise, the male fixing element 7a is made to be formed on both sides of said joint plane in order to facilitate the molding of the capping device 1. [0154] The female fastening element 7b comprises a housing 73 enabled in the ring 3 and a bead 74 made on an outer surface of the ring 3. The bead 74 is designed to partially cover the housing 73 by projecting axially downward. Thus, at the level of the housing 73, there is from the inside to the outside of the ring 3 an internal wall of the ring 3, the housing 73, then the heel 74. [0156] During the displacement of the plug 4 from the released position to the tilted open position, the lug 72 is presented in front of the housing 73 at the level of the heel 74, then it is introduced after elastic deformation of the male fixing element 7a to the passage of the heel 74 in the housing 73. The lug 74 thus protrudes axially upwards when the cap 4 is in the tilted open position and is retained by the lug 74 thereby forming a stop in the housing 73. Preferably and for the purpose of to facilitate insertion of pin 72 into housing 73, housing 73 comprises a beveled bottom portion 75 [0158] The male fastening element 7a and the female fastening element 7b are made so that their greatest dimension is formed parallel to the axis of rotation of the capping device 1. In this way, the cooperation of the male fastening element 7a with the Female fixture 7b forms a long snap fit in this direction, more efficient for maintenance in the open tilted position of the cap 4. [0160] On the other hand, the housing 73 is bounded downwards by a lower surface against which the lug 72 is intended to bear during the movement of the cap 4 towards its tilted open position, which makes it possible to exert a downwardly directed force on the ring 3 and that allows the second sector 16 of ring 3 to be brought back into the lowered position. [0162] Advantageously, the assembly of the capping device comes from a single-piece molding of synthetic material, such as polyethylene and advantageously high-density polyethylene, for example. Advantageously, the capping device is molded in the configuration of figure 1, that is, in a closed position, a position in which it can be mounted directly on the neck 2 of the container. [0164] Although the invention has been described in relation to various particular embodiments, it is more than evident that it is not limited in any way to them and that it comprises all the technical equivalents of the described means, as well as their combinations if they fall within the scope of the invention. scope of the invention.
